A former star of BBC series The Traitors, has hinted that an A-lister could be perfect for a potential celebrity special after they revealed how much of a fan they are of the show.
In an exclusive chat, Jaz Singh named an Oscar nominated Marvel actor who could be up for an All-Star edition after a chance meeting. Jaz featured in the second series of the hit reality gameshow and made it all the way to the final. Even though he was pipped to the cash prize by Traitor and eventual winner Harry, he earned the nickname Jazatha Christie for his ability to spot potential Traitors.
Speaking on behalf of SlotsCalendar, he explained the manner in which he left the show means he would ‘one million percent’ be up for returning to the series in the future to put things right. He also claimed that Andrew Garfield would be a perfect participant in a star studded version of the show after the pair met at a train station.

Jaz admitted that he wouldn’t mind having a different role in the game either. He said: “I think Jazatha Christie needs to go back in that castle to avenge himself, if I’m honest, it is calling me. Maybe one day, we will see that. I think because of how much I wanted to be a Traitor. Last time when I was chosen, it was the stars aligned themselves for me to be a Faithful. I think being a Traitor would be the only way because I just like to be in control of the game. It’s such an easier role if I’m honest with you. You’re in control, you don’t even have to be lied to, which is the best part of it.”
When asked which celebrity he would choose to come up against in the castle, Jaz wasted no time in choosing a fan of the show who he has become friends with after a chance meeting. This is after he bumped into Andrew Garfield, who recently starred in romcom We Live In Time opposite Florence Pugh.

Jaz said: “I was doing a VT for This Morning for the Agatha Christie piece on ITV. In that I had to go from Paddington to Torquay. So I’m at Paddington station and I bump into Andrew Garfield – Spider-Man! He literally looked at me, shouted my name there in the station. I shook his hand, not realising who he was at first until I looked at him properly and I was just blown away.
“He knew who I was, he was a massive fan of the show and he said, you know, Jaz, I really wanted you to win and it’s so weird that we’re bumping into into each other like this because I’m texting my mates about you right now, and he showed me his messages. So, he took my number. We’ve been talking about the new show so it’s just one experience like that. I’d love to play with him.”
The Traitors continues tonight at 9pm on BBC One and iPlayer.
