A logistics firm has stepped up to sponsor Newport Rugby FC player Nathan Evans for the 2024/25 season.
The company, Fagan & Whalley, is marking one year since rebranding its Newport Depot, following the 2022 acquisition of Alan R Jones & Sons Ltd and decided to back Nathan Evans as part of its celebrations.
Managing director Sam Fagan said: “While the Fagan & Whalley business name may be relatively new to South Wales, many of our team have lived and worked in Newport all their lives. We know just how important rugby is to the region and it’s been brilliant getting to work with the club.
“This partnership also allows us to engage with local fans, businesses, and supporters in a meaningful way, while showcasing Fagan & Whalley’s commitment to both the sport and the region.”
