The Croft twins will auction a bespoke painting event at a popular Pembrokeshire hotel next week.
On Saturday, January 18, Ioan and Garan Croft will give locals the chance to bid for a unique painting of themselves at Hotel Plas Hyfryd in Narberth.
The money raised will go towards supporting Mia Lloyd, a Paralympian who competed at the Youth Commonwealth Games in Trinidad & Tobago.
The painting was created by Aneurin Meirion Jones. (Image: Ioan Croft) Ioan Croft said: “We were looking to auction the painting off somewhere off with a good crowd because it was given to us as a gift, and we wanted to raise some money for charity.
“Me and Garan were both aware of Mia’s story and being from West Wales we know all about having to pay extra for training costs, which includes transport and accommodation.
“With Mia being a Paralympian with big ambitions, the money is going to a good cause. We have both been to the Commonwealth Games and we were helped by local businesses along the way.
“Growing up, we had no one to look up to from Cardigan in boxing. But we’ve had that experience and know what it takes to get there.”

Ioan continued: “When we had our professional debut, around 100 people made their way from Wales to watch us in Waterford. We want to make sure the money from the auctioned painting is kept local so we can help more people in our area.”
Ioan captured a gold medal at the 2022 Commonwealth Games while Garan attained bronze.
The twins will return to the ring this year as they continue their ascent up the professional ranks with Ioan competing at middleweight and Garan campaigning at super welterweight.
Ioan Croft posted on Facebook: “We will be auctioning this Painting by Aneurin Meirion Jones.
“Money raised from this will be donated to Mia Lloyd. After competing in the Youth Commonwealth Games in Trinidad & Tobago, Mia’s ambition is to compete at future Commonwealth & Olympic Games.
“We hope this can help support her on her journey as a Para athlete. The evening will be hosted by Guto Ifan Phillips who will share his story with us along with a Q&A with myself and Garan Croft .
“There will be a 3 course meal, auction & live music from the The Dhogie Band to round off the evening. Anyone interested in attending please get in touch with myself or Garan. £40 a head or £400 a table. See you next weekend.”
