A signalling system issue is causing disruption to services at a busy station in London.
The issue was first reported between London Blackfriars and London St Pancras at around 5.40am today (January 15).
Thameslink services to and from London St Pancras International and West Hampstead will be cancelled, delayed by up to 10 minutes
National Rail confirmed on X (formally known as Twitter) that disruption was initially expected until 9am.
However, this was later extended until the end of the day.
The following service changes are now in place:

There will be a reduced service between Three Bridges and Bedford

Services that usually run in the peak, between East Grinstead and Bedford, are suspended.

Services that usually run in the peak, between Orpington and Luton, are suspended

Services that would normally run between Sevenoaks and Welwyn Garden City will run between Sevenoaks and London Blackfriars only.

Services that normally run between Rainham and Luton will run between Rainham and Dartford only.

Services that run between Horsham and Peterborough will call additionally at Salfords and Earlswood, in both directions
