With the weekend upon us, it’s time to check what planned TfL closures are taking place from Friday to Sunday (December 20 – 22).
As with most weekends, some stations will be closed or partly closed for TfL to carry out essential work.
We’ve broken down a list of all the work on the London Underground, Overground and Elizabeth Line this weekend to ensure you don’t get caught out and can plan ahead.

Friday, December 20:
Piccadilly: No service between Rayners Lane and Uxbridge due a shortage of Piccadilly line trains while we fix damage caused by leaf fall. Please use the Metropolitan line to complete your journey.
Suffragette: Changes to Barking Riverside to Gospel Oak services from Tuesday 17 to Friday 20 December: The 0618 train from Barking Riverside will start from Barking at 0624.
Waterloo & City line: Service operates Monday to Friday between 6am and 00.30am only. There is no service on Saturdays, Sundays and on public/bank holidays.

Saturday, December 21:
DLR: Saturday 21 until Monday 30 December, no service between Shadwell and Bank.
Saturday 21, Sunday 22 and Monday 23 December, no service between Prince Regent and Beckton. Replacement buses operate.
Mildmay: From 1930 Saturday 21 until 1200 Sunday 22 December, no service between Willesden Junction and Clapham Junction. SOUTHERN services will also not operate between Watford Junction and Shepherds Bush at this time.

Elizabeth Line: Sunday 22 December, a reduced service operates between Paddington and Heathrow / Maidenhead.
Six trains an hour will serve Ealing Broadway, Southall and Hayes & Harlington in each direction, four trains an hour will serve West Ealing and Heathrow Terminals 2 & 3, and two trains an hour will serve Acton Main Line, Hanwell, Heathrow Terminal 4, West Drayton, Langley, Slough, Burnham and Maidenhead.
Mildmay: From 1930 Saturday 21 until 1200 Sunday 22 December, no service between Willesden Junction and Clapham Junction.
