HOMEBUYERS in Wales could receive up to £25,000 from a housebuilder to help with their purchase.
Bellway’s offer applies to selected new homes at some of its developments, including Longwood Grange in Lisvane, Cardiff.
The incentive will run until Friday, February 28.
Daniel Shone, head of sales for the housebuilder, said: “This incentive has been designed to make it possible for buyers in Wales to secure the home they have dreamed of but thought they might not be able to afford.”
The scheme could help with deposits, reduce mortgage payments, or provide cashback for home essentials.
The offer could make home ownership a reality for some.
Its new builds also offer potential savings of up to £1,982 a year on energy bills compared to older properties, thanks to energy-efficient features.
