Gwent Police have sent out an appeal to find missing 16-year-old who was last seen on Friday.
South Wales Police also sent out an appeal to find William O’Brien earlier in the month on December 3.
Since then he was spotted in Newport, on Friday, December 6.
Gwent police issued the following statement: “We’re appealing for information to find William O’Brien who is missing.
“William, 16, was last seen leaving an address in Clyffard Crescent, Newport at around 10.30am on Friday 6 December.
“He was last seen wearing a navy-blue tracksuit and top, a black cap and coat and black Nike trainers.
“William is described as a white, around 4ft 9 of slim build with mousey hair.
“He has links to Cardiff.
“Anyone with any information on his whereabouts is asked to call us on 101 or send us a direct message on social media, quoting log reference 2400404555.
William is also urged to get in touch with us.”
