A Newport care home raised more than £400 with a Christmas fair.
Bryn Ivor Lodge Care Home invited staff, residents, relatives, and the community to its festive event.
There were stalls manned by volunteers, friends, and family, selling cakes, jams, craft items, knitwear, antiques, and collectables.
The care home expressed gratitude to everyone who contributed to the event by manning stalls, donating raffle prizes, or attending to show support.
General manager Liliana Ungureanu said: “At Bryn Ivor Lodge, we are dedicated to making sure that the home is a hub of the local community, and this event, along with everyone’s hard work, has definitely paid off.
“It was a resounding success.
“I am so proud of everyone involved, it was a fantastic team effort.”
