A plot of ‘land with potential’ in Newport city centre will be sold at an online auction at the start of next month.
Agents Sage & Co Auctions have listed the area of land off Gaskell Street, off Corporation Road, with a minimum opening bid of £36,000.
Bidding for the auction opens on Monday, February 3 and ends on Wednesday, February 5 at 6.45pm.
“The land offers potential for a number of uses, including residential development (subject to the necessary consents). We estimate the land to measure approximately 298.21m2,” reads the listing.
“The land can be viewed unaccompanied, but please be respectful of the neighbouring properties.”
