Three men and a woman have been charged with the murder of a father-of-two who was stabbed to death in Tottenham.
Gregory Castillo Volquez, 36, died from his wounds after an incident at 5am on Monday in Tiverton Road.
Joan Perea, 20, Edison Dario Canario Perez, 23, Carlos Ramirez Tavarez, 28, and Niara Hernandez, 20, have all now been charged with Mr Volquez’s murder.
They are all in custody and set to face the charges for the first time at Westminster magistrates court on Thursday.
Mr Volquez, a Dominican Republic national, was treated by police and paramedics at the scene of the stabbing, but coud not be saved.
Metropolitan Police Detective Inspector Jim Barry, who is leading the investigation, said: “In the early hours of Monday morning, two children tragically lost their father.”
He also made an appeal for witnesses to come forward, including those who may have mobile phone footage to assist.
Perea lives in an address in Tiverton Road in Tottenham with Ramirez Tavarez, while Canario Perez lives at a different property on the same street.
Hernandez lives in Birnam Road in Finsbury Park.
They are accused of murder on January 13. Their cases are expected to be sent to the Crown Court due to the serious nature of the charge.
