Bars in south Wales are offering punters a free pint this weekend to celebrate the release of their latest craft beer. Wales’ largest independent brewery, Tiny Rebel are giving away free pints at their bars in Newport and Cardiff on Saturday, January 18 to celebrate the launch of the new Rebel IPA.
The third Saturday of the year is when people are most likely to quit their dry January stint, if they haven’t already, so the brand is adding temptation with a free drink at their bars on Westgate Street in Cardiff and at their brewery bar on Wern Industrial Estate in Newport. Research from Tiny Rebel revealed that a quarter (24%) of Brits have attempted dry January at some point with, 63% not completing dry January, giving up just two weeks into the challenge.
For anyone who asks for a ‘Rebel IPA’ at one of the Tiny Rebel bars, they’ll get a pint on the house. The promotion is limited to one pint per person and will only take place this Saturday, 18 January. For the latest restaurant reviews, sign up to our food and drink newsletter here
